PROJECT INFO

Wilshire Grand Hotel consists of a mixed use high rise tower located in downtown Los Angeles.

The project consists of a 73 story, 900 key hotel with sky lobby, sky restaurant and pool, 20 story office building, 6 story of podium level hotel amenities, and 4 levels of below grade parking structure. The hotel tower is anticipated to be cast-in place concrete core shear wall, with steel floor framing, and a concrete filled metal deck. The exterior closure is based on a combination of Curtain wall and storefront glazing system. The hotel will be based on a 4 star rating and consist of swimming pools, ballroom, spa and various restaurants. The luxury hotel will be 400,000 sq ft of office space and more than 45,000 sq ft of retail and 1,100-stall parking garage will occupy seven levels below grade.

Pan-Pacific performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing an above ground storage tank to supply the two facility generators. Above ground belly tanks were installed along with duplex pump units to supply the tower generators.
