Project Blue Sky is Warner Brothers’ new office building expansion in Burbank.

The two new office buildings will be seven and nine stories tall totalling more than 800,000 SQ FT of office space. Warner Brothers hopes to celebrate its 100 year anniversary by completing and opening the office buildings by 2023.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical is responsible for the plumbing scope on this project including domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.
