Pan-Pacific teamed up with Flour in the late 1990s to build a campus-style headquarters for their divisions on a 28.5 acre parcel in Aliso Viejo, CA near the 73 toll road and another site adjacent to the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor.

The project, which features six three- and four-story office buildings on two sites with a combined total of 575,000 square feet, includes office space, a cafeteria and health club. Flour was owner and General Contractor for the project. In constant communication to ascertain changing needs, Pan-Pacific helped coordinate efforts with other trades to keep this project in line with what the owners wanted.
