Pan-Pacific Mechanical assisted in the upgrade of the plumbing and mechanical systems in the two 19-story towers located in downtown Los Angeles. Each of the 540 units were completely renovated with the assistance of Pan-Pacific. We completely re-piped the domestic water system, heating and chilled water systems and installed new duct, exhaust fans and fan coils.

In addition to the unit renovation, we upgraded the plumbing and mechanical infrastructure of the buildings by installing new riser systems for domestic water, chilled water and hot water. These new systems were designed to upgrade the capabilities of this historic building and provide better comfort to its residents. Along with the piping upgrades, state-of-the-art instantaneous water heaters and booster pumps were installed on the roof of each of the 19-story buildings.
