Targeted for LEED Gold and WELL Building Silver Certification, the reinvention of 633 Folsom completely remakes the 1960’s building with modern features and high performance bringing together a distinctive presence that drives a lighter, fresher, healthier . The renovation adds 5 floors to the original 8-story building located in downtown San Francisco with beautiful views of the surrounding city.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical is responsible for the plumbing scope on this project including domestic plumbing systems such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment. Sustainable features on the reclaimed water system included landscape drainage for the roof garden located on the 8th floor of the building, with seasonal trees for fall and springtime color.
