Spanning 2.7 acres in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, CIRCA is a new mixed-use development. Directly across from L.A. Live, Los Angeles Convention Center, and Staples Center, CIRCA consists of two, 36-story residential towers featuring 648 luxury apartments, an amenities deck, and a 9-story parking structure with two levels below grade. In addition to the residences, CIRCA will offer 40,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial area.

Pan-Pacific’s scope of work includes domestic plumbing systems, such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.

Pan-Pacific also performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing an above ground belly tank with remote fill and monitoring capabilities to accommodate requirements for the project.
