The Los Angeles Trade-Tech College Technology Building will be a 3-story, 180,000 square foot building featuring classrooms, laboratories, and offices dedicated to LATTC’s construction maintenance and utilities program.

PPM will be performing total mechanical work on the project with a complete waste and vent system, complete HVAC system including Building Automation System (BAS), radiant floor heating and cooling for the lobby areas utilizing three geothermal bore holes with vertical pipes running 400 ft. below ground, water source heat pumps, air terminal units, heating hot water boilers, split system units, and cooling towers.
