USC developed a new 7-story medical facility, Norris Health care Consultation Center, as part of the Keck Medical Center. Just under 100,000 square feet, this healthcare complex structure consists of a women’s cancer program, an infusion center, multidisciplinary clinics, an outpatient surgery center, a sterile processing facility, conference rooms, food service, and building support spaces.

In addition to typical plumbing installation, Pan-Pacific Mechanical’s plumbing scope also consists of the installation of medical gas piping throughout the building, pipping 6 operating rooms and headwalls, and running RO water to the Steris equipment on the lower level.
