TEN50 South Grand is comprised of a 22-story, 151-unit luxury condominium tower designed by Douglas Hanson, AIA, who leads the award-winning firm HansonLA. The 6th floor houses a swimming pool with cabanas, an indoor-outdoor kitchen and barbeques. Retail and restaurants wrap around the ground floor on 11th and Grand. The amenity-rich condominium development offers one- and two-bedroom residences as well as single and dual level penthouses.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical was responsible for the domestic plumbing systems, such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.

Pan-Pacific also performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing an above ground belly tank with remote fill and monitoring capabilities to accommodate requirements for the project.
