PROJECT INFO

The Mission Bay South – Block 1 project consists of two residential buildings. This will include the new construction of a multi-family residential building in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco located between 3rd, Channel, and 4th Street. The project’s two buildings are comprised of 350 units overall and three above-grade parking levels for 335 cars. One building is 16 floors while the other is 4 over 1 level of underground parking.

Pan-Pacific Mechanical is responsible for the domestic plumbing systems, such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.

Pan-Pacific performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing two separate generators and fuel systems. System #1 included an above ground belly tank system with remote fill capabilities. System #2 included an above ground storage system maintenance tank with remote fill capabilities
