PROJECT INFO
The New Marin General Hospital will serve as the center
for quality healthcare in Marin County. Projected
to open in 2020, this new hospital will have 171 patient
rooms, 6 new operating rooms, 13 operating/procedure
rooms, and 3 rooftop gardens. It will be 260,00 square
feet and the design and construction team is striving to
achieve LEED Certification, with a storm water capture
and treatment system, water-efficient landscaping and
the use of green construction materials.
Pan-Pacific performed Fuel Oil work at the hospital installing a 12 foot, 35,000 gallon underground storage tank. The fuel scope included monitoring, filter units, Master Control Panel and day tanks. Installed in a very narrow area which required coordination and effort to install safely.
