Los Angeles World Airports’ largest tenant improvement in history, Delta Skyway Terminal 3 will modernize, upgrade and connect Terminals 2 and 3 to the Tom Bradley International Terminal. However, the Sky Way project includes much more than just the walkway. The seven-year effort also will involve a complete reconstruction of Terminal 3, including new gates, upgraded retail space, new signage and new restrooms, among other features.The connection of the terminals will also aid in the integration of Automated People Mover. The 5-story, ground-up project expects 20 guys at peak with project completion expected to wrap up in December 2021.

Rebuilding Delta’s home at LAX, Pan-Pacific is responsible for the plumbing scope on this project including domestic plumbing systems such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.
