PROJECT INFO

Pan-Pacific helped build a new state-of-the-art imaging center which was added on to an existing, operating critical care facility which included 3 floors of renovation, 15 procedure rooms, multiple bathroom and support piping found on the mezzanine level. The new Imaging Center required connecting to and extending many of the existing services for the new building. The services we extended connected two seismically separate buildings requiring expansion joints that allowed for their independent movement.

Not only did we have to contend with keeping the operating portion of the critical care facility on line, we also had to contend with as-builts that did not accurately document the location of services nor adequately identify what they supplied. All of this had to be discovered and documented before any construction could be completed.
