Completed in 2005, Broadway 655 was the first new Class A office building in downtown San Diego since 1991.  It is a combination of steel frame construction and poured-in-place concrete requiring tremendous flexibility on our part to meet the demanding schedule of this hybrid design.  This multi-use building required our innovation to deliver systems that would address the specific needs of this 23 floor building which encompassing 356,000 square feet of office space, 12 residential units, 16,300 square feet of restaurant and retail space and 765 parking spaces.
