PROJECT INFO
Phase I of renovations to Anaheim Stadium began in October 1996, reverting the 30-year old structure back to a baseball-only facility. The total cost for the stadium renovation was estimated at $100 million and the project was completed in time for the Angels Opening Day, April 1, 1998. Based on this strict schedule, Pan-Pacific worked hand-in-hand with the Contractor and other trades (around the clock when needed) to ensure on-time completion.
Shortly thereafter, Phase II began including new concessions, restrooms and a seismic upgrade. Pan-Pacific was able to offer flexible hours and immediate response to all construction needs of this complex job.During this renovation, Pan-Pacific helped add new restroom and concession areas and three full-service restaurants: The KnotHole Club; The Diamond Club; and the Homeplate Club.
