    Acadia Hospital Renovation

This was an extensive renovation and remodel project at the Acadia Hospital Campus for Psychiatric Care in San Jose, CA. Pan-Pacific Mechanical scope included full mechanical (HVAC and Plumbing) retrofit and remodel work on this project - including upgrades to plumbing system piping and fixtures to accommodate increased occupancy loads, upgrades to heating-hot water boiler plant including installation of high efficiency condensing boiler appliances, replacement of central station air handling units, installation of 4-pipe fan-coils for service of expanded patient care spaces, upgrades to existing fire/life safety systems (fire/ smoke damper upgrades and fire alarm interlocks), and modifications to hydronic piping and air distribution infrastructure as required to accommodate modified/remodeled space use
