Sage Hill School is a private, independent, co-educational college preparatory school for day students in grades 9-12. The school was opened in 2000 with 35 Sophomores and 115 Freshmen. Today the school has grown to over 450 students. Sage Hill School was built on approximately 30 acres of donated land in Newport Coast, California. Pan-Pacific was a proactive problem solver on the project and brought value-engineering ideas and cost-cutting plans to the Owner with much success.
