Kaiser Permanente's new Moreno Valley Medical Office Building was designed using the latest in architectural advances, including many green features. Some of the services in the new facility include: Internal Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, Laboratory, Obstetrics-Gynecology, Pharmacy, Pulmonology, Surgery and Radiology.
Pan-Pacific Mechanical was responsible for the domestic plumbing systems, such as domestic hot & cold, sanitary waste & vent, storm drain, irrigation, gas and all related equipment.
Pan-Pacific also performed Fuel Oil work on the project installing one 45,000 gallon underground fuel tanks. The fuel scope included monitoring, installation of multiple transition sumps, heavy controls, a Master Control Panel and fuel filters for each tank.
