The Great Wolf Lodge in California will be a 10.3-acre, 600 room resort, with an attached water park located about a mile away from Disneyland. The $300 million project will be the company’s largest indoor-outdoor water park in the United States. At a planned 121,000 square feet, the California water park will be one of the biggest in the Great Wolf Lodge portfolio and among the biggest indoor water parks in the world. In addition to the usual water park suspects, such as a lazy river, wave pool, and water slides, the Garden Grove property will likely feature some signature attractions such as a funnel ride or water coaster.
Pan-Pacific performed domestic water, waste and storm systems on the park. Special installations for the project included a 32’ deep grease waste and sewage ejector system.
