PROJECT INFO

The Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California is in the process of upgrading its Emergency & Trauma Center to accommodate up to 90,000 patient visits annually. This is a much needed upgrade from the 30,000 patients the Emergency & Trauma Center could handle prior to construction. This upgrade has added an additional 20,000 square feet of area to the hospital doubling the about of trauma rooms.

The expansion of the Emergency Department upgrades the hospital from the old school ward concept to private rooms while being able to accommodate additional patients requiring medical cardiac monitoring or medical gases. This is a much needed upgrade for the area with Huntington Memorial being the only Trauma center for the entire valley. Many different specialized rooms have been added in order for the staff to triage and aid an emergency.
