Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is a AAA Four Diamond Hotel located at the Disneyland Resort. The hotel was added as part of a major expansion of the Disneyland Resort in 2001. With more than 700 rooms in the first phase and a very tight and demanding schedule, Pan-Pacific had 70 men on the job during its peak. The project included theme restaurants, a large lobby, kitchens, banquet facilities, a room service kitchen and high-end fixtures for the resort rooms.
We were proud to receive a “Contractor of the Year Award” from Turner for our outstanding performance on this job.
